Glass partitions question
Hello,
I have got an office partitioning retail business. It is principally an web based business, although I am planning on starting a showroom. Whilst the web firm covers office furniture sales throughout the UK, the showroom will only sell office partitioning in Essex and London.
The job I have is that my working day is for the most part made up on traveling to meet new customers talking about large scale office partitions, so I will need to employee a salesperson for the showroom.
In the showroom I will be selling average <a href=http://www.glasspartitionsonline.co.uk/>Glass Partitions</a>, so it should not be too tough to sell.
The advice I am looking for is what is the common rate of commission paid for a furniture sales rep?
Has anyone here had any experience employing sales staff. If so could somebody leave me some advice of how to go about it? If you would like to share your stories please feel free.
