I used to weigh over 252 pounds and I could put away some junk food and the only exercise I got was pushing the cart through the store to get the unhealthy stuff.

More importantly, I really don’t want the junk foods very often anymore. Of course I still sometimes want chocolate and pizza. You have to be able to enjoy life.
